SMT Screen Squeegee Blade inspection instrument(Manual Operate)
The scraper inspection platform is defined as a calibration tool, not a calibration device. In order to better control the scraper, this tool was designed;
mainly the needle Detect the deformation or missing amount (gap) of the scraper holder and blades. Currently, there is no other better way to detect the scraper holder and scraper blades.
The marble platform is grade 00 (≤0.005mm error) and has an inspection report issued by the calibration agency. The accuracy of the entire equipment
can reach 0.03MM and provides high printing quality.
