
Full-automatic Flying Probe First-article Detecting Machine
JD-FAI995 is an advanced PCBA full-automatic flying probe detector in China and it subverts the traditional manual clamping test. The flying probe test is combined with the software to realize the fully-automatic clamping measuring component with automatic entry and exit of the board. Its efficiency is 5 times of the first-article detector of FAI, which reduces the production line switching time and improve the activation ration of the production line.
